At 99WatchesIndia, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your products.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
If any item is temporarily out of stock, our support team will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to wait, replace, or cancel that item.
2. Shipping Time
We deliver to most locations across India.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹59 for orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional handling fee of ₹50.
All shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@99watches.in

Our logistics partners are chosen to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.
We may cancel unconfirmed COD orders to prevent fake or incomplete transactions.
Please ensure you are available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Refusing COD parcels may lead to suspension of COD eligibility for future orders.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the time of delivery:
The order will be reshipped after confirmation, and additional shipping fees may apply.
If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the product amount (excluding shipping charges) once the item is received back at our warehouse.
8. International Shipping
Currently, 99WatchesIndia ships only within India.
We are working on expanding to international delivery in upcoming time.
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not at all:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery at support@99watches.in with your order ID and clear photos (for damage cases).
We’ll coordinate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
