Refund & Return Policy
At 99WatchesIndia, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality watches and accessories that you’ll love. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Most of our products are eligible for returns within 5 days of delivery.
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or have a different return policy, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) is required.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at support@99watches.in within 5 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach product images (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send any items back without prior approval — unapproved returns may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons (such as change of mind or size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, color, or variant, please contact us at support@99watches.in
Exchange requests must also be raised within 5 days of delivery.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Items purchased during flash sales, clearance, or special discount offers.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards or digital items.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@99watches.in
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return as per the policy.
